Dr. Torsten Breden
Torsten is the initiator of the resonance consulting approach and a forward thinker for innovation processes and living organisations. Already during his studies of Psychology, Philosophy and Art History he focused on the quality of human relationships. Torsten has acquired his consulting skills in major transformation projects for numerous international corporations. He loves to scrutinize existing thinking patterns, to tread new paths and to release positive energy and enthusiasm in people. In addition to his consulting work, Torsten has been a frequent lecturer, speaker and author of numerous publications. With the foundation of fibonacci & friends he lives his dream of a new quality of consulting.
Nicole is a digitization expert and has co-founded fibonacci & friends because she believes that real transformation has to start with people rather than technology. In the past, Nicole had mostly taken on the technology perspective: for more than 20 years, she analyzed the impact of technology and digitization trends on business and society.
She was Managing Director of a boutique consultancy and a member of the management team of a leading European market analysis and consulting company for the IT industry. Nicole has a passion for digital-social innovations: together with the betterplace lab and the WHU Foundation she works for a digitization that benefits humanity.

Andreas is Olympic gold medal winner, systemic consultant and coach. He knows what it means to achieve extraordinary performances under enormous pressure and maximum strain - individually and as part of a successful team in the rowing men’s eight.
In his sporting career, Andreas has experienced the importance of resonance in its full dimension: Participating in two Olympic Games, performing two to three daily trainings 330 days a year and at the same time successfully completing a full-time degree in industrial engineering – this is only possible if you are in harmony with your own goals and a strong team.
Andreas has retreated from active competitive sport in 2016. He joined fibonacci & friends to support teams and organisations in change processes and to improve the quality of their relationships. He shares his experiences in dealing with setbacks and successes in emotional keynote lectures.
